Seller Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Drevait Design Lab (trading as PING!) and any seller, vendor, or business ("Seller") who registers for or purchases promotional services on the PING! platform. By registering on PING!, submitting a booking, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About PING!

PING! is a paid social media advertising and promotional platform based in Trinidad & Tobago. PING! promotes local sellers and their products to buyers through curated posts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, and email newsletters.

PING! is NOT a marketplace. Sellers retain full ownership of their own storefronts, social media accounts, and transaction processes. PING! does not handle sales, payments between buyers and sellers, or customer service on behalf of sellers.

2. Seller Eligibility

To be listed on PING!, sellers must:

Operate a legitimate business or side hustle based in Trinidad & Tobago
Have at least one active, public social media account or website where buyers can purchase or enquire
Sell legal products and services only
Complete the PING! seller registration form in full
Respond to PING! communications within 48 hours

PING! reserves the right to reject any seller registration at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons beyond the standard rejection categories.

3. Seller Codes & Storefronts

Upon approval, each seller is assigned a unique seller code (e.g. PING-001) and a storefront page on shoppingtt.com. Storefronts are built by PING! within 48 hours of approval. Sellers are responsible for ensuring all submitted information is accurate and up to date.

4. Free Trial Period

All approved sellers receive a 30-day free listing period from the date of approval. During this period:

The seller's storefront is live and searchable on shoppingtt.com at no charge
Promotional posts are not included in the free period
Promotional posts must be booked and paid for separately

After 30 days, a monthly website listing fee of TTD $200/month applies to maintain the storefront.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Peak pricing applies to peak events, for example but not limited to: Christmas – New Year's (Dec 1 – Dec 31), Carnival, Easter, Back-to-School, etc.

Exchange rate for USD conversion: TTD 6.79 = USD $1.00

6. Booking Process

Seller submits a booking request via the PING! booking form at shoppingtt.com/booking.html
The slot is held for 48 hours pending payment confirmation
PING! follows up via WhatsApp with a payment link (WiPay, WAM, or bank transfer)
Payment must be received within 48 hours to confirm the slot
Seller submits content via WhatsApp or email by the Sunday 5pm deadline before the booked week

⚠️ Content Deadline: All content must be submitted by Sunday 5pm the week BEFORE your booked promotion date. No exceptions. Late submissions result in forfeiture of the slot with no refund.

7. Content Requirements

Sellers are responsible for providing all promotional content. PING! will not source images, write copy, or create content on behalf of sellers unless separately agreed and paid for. All content submitted must:

Be high quality — minimum 1080 × 1080px for images
Be accurate — prices, availability, and descriptions must be correct at time of posting
Be legally owned or licensed by the seller
Comply with platform community guidelines (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp)
Not contain offensive, misleading, or illegal content

PING! reserves the right to refuse or request changes to any content that does not meet these standards, without issuing a refund if the deadline has passed.

8. Payment Terms

All payments are due within 48 hours of booking confirmation
Accepted methods: WiPay, WAM, or bank transfer
Prices are quoted in TTD. USD equivalents are for reference only
Receipts are issued via WhatsApp or email upon payment confirmation

9. Refund & Cancellation Policy

⚠️ No Refund Policy: All sales are final. PING! does not offer refunds for missed content deadlines, seller-provided errors in content, change of mind, or cancellations made within 48 hours of the promotion date.

Exceptions considered at PING!'s sole discretion:

Technical failure on PING!'s part that prevents the post from going live
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the promotion date — credit toward a future booking may be offered (not a cash refund)

10. PING!'s Responsibilities

PING! agrees to post confirmed and paid promotions on the agreed platforms within the booked week, notify sellers once their promotion has gone live, and maintain seller storefronts on shoppingtt.com for the duration of the listing period.

PING! does not guarantee a specific number of views, clicks, enquiries, or sales from any promotion. Results depend on the seller's product, pricing, and market demand.

11. Seller Conduct

Sellers agree not to submit false or misleading product information, promote illegal products or services, harass PING! staff or buyers, or publicly disparage PING! on social media. Violation may result in immediate removal from the platform with no refund.

12. Intellectual Property

By submitting content to PING!, sellers grant PING! a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the submitted images and copy across the agreed promotional platforms for the duration of the booked promotion. Sellers retain ownership of all submitted content.

13. Termination & Removal

PING! may remove a seller from the platform if they violate these terms, bring the PING! brand into disrepute, or fail to pay outstanding fees after two written reminders. Sellers may request removal at any time by contacting hey@shoppingtt.com. Removal does not entitle the seller to a refund.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PING! is not liable for loss of sales or revenue, errors in seller-submitted content, downtime of third-party platforms, or any indirect or consequential damages. PING!'s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by that seller in the 30 days preceding any claim.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago.

16. Changes to These Terms

PING! reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Sellers will be notified of material changes via WhatsApp or email. Continued use of PING! services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
