Seller Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Drevait Design Lab (trading as PING!) and any seller, vendor, or business ("Seller") who is listed on, registers for, or purchases services from the PING! platform. By registering on PING!, claiming a storefront, submitting a booking, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About PING!

PING! is a local discovery and paid promotional platform based in Trinidad & Tobago. PING! operates the directory website shoppingtt.com and promotes sellers and their products to buyers through curated posts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, and email newsletters.

2. Seller Eligibility

To hold a claimed storefront on PING!, sellers must:

• Operate a legitimate business or side hustle based in Trinidad & Tobago
• Have at least one active, public social media account or website where buyers can purchase or enquire
• Sell legal products and services only
• Complete the PING! seller registration in full
• Respond to PING! communications within 48 hours

PING! reserves the right to reject any seller registration at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons beyond the standard rejection categories.

3. Directory Listings, Claiming & Removal

PING! operates a public directory of businesses trading in Trinidad & Tobago. PING! may create and publish a storefront page for a business using product information — including product names, descriptions, prices, and images — that the business has itself already published publicly on its own website or public social media account.

Listings created in this way are recorded as unclaimed. An unclaimed storefront:

• Is provided entirely free of charge
• Carries no product limit of any kind
• Links only to the business's own website, WhatsApp, or social media accounts
• Generates no revenue for PING! and carries no commission, fee, or charge to the business
• Is never hidden, limited, or removed for non-payment

Corrections to an unclaimed listing (wrong price, wrong image, discontinued product, wrong link) may be requested at sellers@shoppingtt.com at any time and are actioned within 5 working days.

The product and deal limits set out in Section 5 apply only to claimed storefronts. Claiming a storefront is voluntary and is not a condition of being listed.

4. Seller Codes & Storefronts

Each seller is assigned a unique seller code (for example, ping-003) and a storefront page at shoppingtt.com. Once a storefront is claimed, the seller receives a login to the PING! seller portal and is responsible for the accuracy of everything submitted through it.

Product submissions made through the seller portal are reviewed by PING! before they appear publicly. PING! aims to review every submission within 24 hours.

5. Listing Plans & Pricing

Claimed storefronts run on one of four plans, selected at shoppingtt.com/listings.html. All prices are in Trinidad & Tobago dollars (TTD).

• PING! Free is free permanently, not a trial. It does not expire and requires no payment details.
• Pro PING! additional capacity: TTD $100 per month for each additional 100 products above 250.
• The live deals allowance covers promotional entries in the PING! Deals section. Sale prices on product listings are available on every plan, including PING! Free (Section 7).
• Annual billing is charged at eight months' price for twelve months' service.
• A plan month runs from the seller's start date to the same date in the following month, adjusted to the last day of shorter months (for example, 31 January to 28 February).
• Product and deal allowances are set by the plan and apply from the moment a plan begins.
• Every claimed storefront includes the seller portal, submission review, a public storefront page, and direct links to the seller's WhatsApp, website, and social media.

Promotional and introductory offers. PING! may, at its sole discretion, offer discounted or rate-locked plans to selected sellers by direct invitation, including time-limited founding-seller rates. Such offers are not a general entitlement, are not available on request, and may be withdrawn or varied at any time. Where a rate is stated to be locked, PING! will honour that rate for as long as the seller's plan remains continuously active.

6. Renewal, Grace Period & Lapse

Plan status is determined by the plan end date:

• Active — the plan is within its paid period. Full allowances apply.
• Grace — 1 to 7 days past the end date. Nothing is hidden and nothing changes. PING! will contact the seller.
• Lapsed — 8 or more days past the end date. The storefront reverts to PING! Free.

A seller may cancel at any time by written notice to sellers@shoppingtt.com. The plan continues to the end of the paid period and then reverts to PING! Free.

7. Sale Prices, Deals & Seasonal Features

Sale prices on product listings

• A sale price must be genuinely lower than the seller's usual selling price for that product, and must match the price the seller is charging on their own website, store, or social media at that time.
• A sale price may carry an end date, after which the listing automatically reverts to the regular price. A sale price with no end date remains live until the seller or PING! removes it.
• Sellers are responsible for telling PING! when a sale ends. PING! may remove any sale price it reasonably considers misleading, expired, or inconsistent with the seller's own published price.

Deals

A deal is a separate promotional entry in the PING! Deals section of shoppingtt.com, with its own image, its own page, and inclusion in the weekly PING! Deals roundup across PING!'s social media and WhatsApp channels. Deals are a promotional feature and are allocated by plan.

• PING! Free storefronts may display sale prices but cannot submit deals.
• Paid plans may run the number of simultaneous live deals set out in Section 5. A deal that has expired does not count against the allowance.
• Every live deal appears in the weekly PING! Deals roundup.
• Dedicated single-seller deal posts are limited to one per month on Grow PING! and four per month on Pro PING!, and are scheduled at PING!'s discretion.
• Seasonal sale campaigns are included with Grow PING! and Pro PING!, and are available to any seller as a seasonal package under Section 8.

8. Promotional Placements

Advertising positions on shoppingtt.com are sold separately from listing plans, are strictly limited in number, and are allocated on a first-come basis.

Seasonal packages: Christmas TTD $650 (15 October – 5 January) · Carnival TTD $500 · Mother's Day TTD $250 · Back-to-School TTD $250. Each seasonal package includes Grow PING! features for the period, guaranteed collection placement, and two social media posts.

Placements are held for 48 hours pending payment and released if payment is not received. Placement periods are not extended, transferred, or refunded for reasons within the seller's control.

9. Advertising Packages

Advertising packages cover promotional posts across PING!'s social media, WhatsApp, and email channels. They are separate from listing plans and from placements, and are arranged directly with the PING! team.

Additional features: Instagram Story only (TTD $100 regular / TTD $150 peak) · WhatsApp broadcast only (TTD $100 regular / TTD $150 peak) · Email newsletter only (TTD $100 regular / TTD $150 peak).

Peak pricing applies to peak trading periods, including but not limited to Christmas and New Year, Carnival, Easter, Mother's Day, Independence, and Back-to-School.

Prices in Sections 5, 9, and 10 are subject to change. A price change never affects a period already paid for.

10. Booking Process

1. Seller selects a plan, placement, or package and submits the relevant form on shoppingtt.com
2. The slot is held for 48 hours pending payment confirmation
3. PING! follows up via WhatsApp with payment details
4. Payment must be received within 48 hours to confirm the slot
5. For advertising packages, the seller submits content by the Sunday 5pm deadline in the week before the booked week

11. Content, Accuracy & Link Integrity

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of everything on their storefront. All content submitted to PING! must:

• Be high quality — minimum 1080 × 1080px for images
• Be accurate — prices, availability, and descriptions must be correct at the time of submission and kept current
• Be legally owned or licensed by the seller
• Comply with the community guidelines of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp
• Not contain offensive, misleading, or illegal content

PING! reserves the right to refuse or request changes to any content that does not meet these standards, without issuing a refund where a deadline has passed.

12. Payment Terms

• All payments are due within 48 hours of booking confirmation
• Accepted methods: online bank transfer, WiPay, WAM, or any other method PING! confirms in writing at the time of payment
• All prices are quoted and payable in TTD
• No payment is taken on the website and no payment details are stored by PING!
• Receipts are issued via WhatsApp or email on payment confirmation

Bank transfers are received by Drevait Design Lab, the registered business trading as PING!. That name will appear on transfer and WiPay confirmations.

13. Refunds & Cancellation

Listing plans

• Annual plans are paid in advance and are not refundable. The annual rate is discounted precisely because the full period is committed up front. A seller who cancels an annual plan may use the remainder of the paid period in full; the storefront reverts to PING! Free at the end of it.
• Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time. The plan runs to the end of the paid month and then reverts to PING! Free. Part-months are not refunded.
• If PING! declines to approve a claimed storefront after payment, the full amount paid is refunded.

Placements and advertising packages

Exceptions considered at PING!'s sole discretion:

• Technical failure on PING!'s part that prevents a paid promotion from going live
• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled date — a credit toward a future booking may be offered, not a cash refund

14. PING!'s Responsibilities

PING! will publish confirmed and paid promotions on the agreed platforms within the booked period, notify sellers once a promotion is live, maintain claimed storefronts for the duration of the paid plan, and review portal submissions within its stated review window.

PING! does not guarantee any specific number of views, clicks, enquiries, or sales. Results depend on the seller's product, pricing, photography, and market demand.

PING! aims to keep shoppingtt.com continuously available but does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for downtime caused by hosting, network, or third-party platform failure.

15. Seller Conduct

Sellers agree not to submit false or misleading product information, advertise a sale price that is not a genuine reduction, promote illegal products or services, harass PING! staff or buyers, or publicly disparage PING!. Violation may result in immediate removal from the platform with no refund.

16. Intellectual Property

By submitting content to PING!, or by publishing product content publicly and being listed under Section 3, sellers grant PING! a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and reproduce that content on shoppingtt.com and across PING!'s promotional channels for the purpose of promoting the seller. Sellers retain full ownership of all content. This licence ends when the listing is removed.

17. Termination & Removal

PING! may remove a seller from the platform if they violate these terms, bring the PING! brand into disrepute, or fail to pay outstanding fees after two written reminders.

A seller may request full removal at any time by contacting sellers@shoppingtt.com, and removal is completed within 5 working days.

Non-payment is never a reason for removal. A lapsed plan reverts to PING! Free under Section 6; it does not deactivate the storefront. Removal or early cancellation does not entitle the seller to a refund of any unused portion of a paid period, except as set out in Section 13.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PING! is not liable for loss of sales or revenue, errors in seller-submitted content, downtime of third-party platforms, or any indirect or consequential damages. PING!'s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by that seller in the 90 days preceding any claim.

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago, and the courts of Trinidad & Tobago have exclusive jurisdiction.

20. Changes to These Terms

PING! reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Sellers on a paid plan will be notified of material changes via WhatsApp or email at least 30 days before those changes take effect. Continued use of PING! services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
